The Eden Leadership Pathway is a comprehensive 15 module programme delivered in person on a monthly basis in the beautiful City of Lichfield. It Is designed to help you make confident leadership decisions, communicate clearly with your team, handle difficult conversations, motivate and develop others, lead with confidence and authority, manage pressure and responsibility effectively, these are just a few areas we will cover together on this monthly development journey.
It doesn’t stop there! After you have completed all of your 15 modules, you will receive 3 further one on one coaching sessions with myself, an experienced leadership coach with a proven track record of supporting business owners to grow in confidence and capability. These additional sessions are designed to help you embed your new skills further.
This programme is designed for leaders who want to build confidence, develop emotional intelligence and upscale their leadership skills with clarity and purpose.
Over 15 modules, you’ll explore essential leadership skills with space for guided coaching and personal reflection.
Programme Format: Multi-delegate training sessions or one to one coaching sessions with interactive and reflective tasks.
Duration: 15 sessions either weekly or monthly for individuals or 15 training room sessions for multi delegates.
To ensure every delegate receives maximum value, support and individual attention, each cohort is limited to just four participants.
Investment: £3,000 for the full 15-month programme, including 15 in person leadership development modules and 3 one-to-one coaching sessions.
